"Welding Safety" is a practical training course designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles and safety requirements for performing welding, cutting, and brazing operations safely. The course is based on OSHA 1910 Subpart Q – Welding, Cutting and Brazing and covers the identification of welding-related hazards, risk assessment, and effective control measures. Participants will learn about various welding processes, hot work safety requirements, fire prevention measures, and the proper selection and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The training is designed to help prevent workplace injuries, burns, fires, and other incidents associated with welding and hot work operations.
