Excavation Safety
Excavation work is one of the highest-risk activities in construction and infrastructure projects. Soil collapse, inadequate protective systems, and failure to comply with safety requirements are among the leading causes of serious injuries and fatalities. Therefore, proper training is essential to ensure that excavation work is planned and executed safely.
The Excavation Safety intensive theoretical and practical training program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform excavation and trenching operations safely. The course covers hazard identification, soil classification and assessment, as well as the selection and proper use of protective systems. The program is based on OSHA 1926 Subpart P – Excavations and provides participants with knowledge and practical competencies aligned with internationally recognized safety standards.
