Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors
Sexual harassment in the workplace can undermine employee trust and morale, create an undesirable work environment, and expose both organizations and individuals to significant legal and professional risks. Managers and supervisors have a particularly important responsibility in this area - they must be able to recognize inappropriate conduct in a timely manner, respond appropriately, handle information properly, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.
Sexual Harassment Prevention for Managers and Supervisors is an intensive theoretical and practical training designed to introduce participants to the key principles of preventing, identifying, and responding to sexual harassment, as well as their roles and responsibilities in creating a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace.
Particular emphasis is placed on practical issues, including how to respond appropriately when an employee reports a concern or complaint, how to document and escalate information, how to follow internal organizational procedures, how to protect confidentiality and properly manage information, and how to prevent retaliation and apply bystander intervention strategies.
The training is based on interactive learning, practical exercises, and realistic workplace scenarios, helping participants develop practical decision-making and appropriate response skills.
