Hazard Analysis and Control

The training “Hazard Analysis and Control” is designed for professionals who are responsible for or involved in the identification, analysis, and control of workplace hazards. The course introduces participants to the main categories and types of workplace hazards, key methods for hazard identification and analysis, and effective strategies for eliminating or reducing hazards.

Particular emphasis is placed on the Hierarchy of Controls as one of the most effective approaches to hazard elimination and reducing employee exposure. Participants will also explore workplace inspections, Job Hazard Analysis, Change Analysis, Process Hazard Analysis, and Phase Hazard Analysis, as well as problem-solving techniques, cause-effect analysis, and methods for developing, prioritizing, implementing, and monitoring effective recommendations for improving the safety management system.
