Hearing Protection
Exposure to high levels of workplace noise is one of the leading causes of occupational hearing loss. Prolonged or excessive exposure to hazardous noise can result in permanent hearing damage, reduce employee productivity, and increase the risk of workplace accidents. Therefore, effective noise management and the implementation of hearing protection measures are essential for protecting employees' health and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations.
The Hearing Protection intensive theoretical and practical training program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of workplace noise hazards, hearing protection requirements, risk assessment, and effective preventive measures. The program is based on OSHA 1910.95 – Occupational Noise Exposure and covers the fundamental requirements and best practices of a Hearing Conservation Program.

- Engineering, administrative, and personal protective control measures.
3. Hearing Conservation Program
- Purpose and importance of the Hearing Conservation Program;
- Key components of an effective hearing conservation program;
- Importance of audiometric testing;
- Employee training and awareness requirements.
4. Hearing Protection and Responsibilities
- Selection and proper use of hearing protectors;
- Employer and employee responsibilities related to hearing protection;
- Safe work practices in high-noise work environments.
