This training is designed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of employees and supervisors in effective safety supervision. Participants will learn the “Five Star” model, supervisory legal responsibilities, employee rights and anti-discrimination protections. The training also covers hazard identification, correction and control methods, organizing safety training, accountability practices, proper allocation of physical and psychosocial resources, and key principles of safety management and leadership.
